Terms & Conditions of Service
PERFECT SPARK EVENTS CY offers customized romantic experiences (such as marriage proposals, beachside dinners, anniversaries, etc.) upon consultation and planning with the client. By confirming a booking, the client fully agrees to the following terms and conditions.
-
Bookings & Deposits
A booking is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 working days before the scheduled event.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
The deposit is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation by the client.
Any cancellation or change must be communicated at least 5 working days before the event.
If cancellation occurs within 5 working days, up to 100% of the full amount may be charged, depending on the preparations and non-recoverable expenses already made.
Refunds are only possible in the case of special/customized requests (e.g., special menus, custom decor), and only if cancellation is made at least 5 working days in advance. No refunds will be issued after that time.
3.Special Requests
All special/customized requests (e.g., catering preferences, decoration themes, musicians, photographers, custom equipment) must be made in writing and submitted no later than 5 working days prior to the event.
Any additional costs incurred from such requests are the sole responsibility of the client and may require advance payment.
4.Weather Conditions
For outdoor events (e.g., on the beach), the company reserves the right to change the event location or date in the case of unfavorable weather conditions (rain, strong winds, etc.).
The client will be informed at least 48 hours in advance, and an alternative date or venue will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, a case-by-case agreement will be discussed.
5.Liability & Safety
The company is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the event.
The client is responsible for following safety instructions and maintaining proper behavior throughout the event.
6.Use of Media
The company may photograph or film the event for promotional purposes. Clients may request, in writing, not to be featured in any promotional content.
7.Governing Law
These terms are governed by Cyprus and European Union law.
